    “…目的】 观察免疫正常Wistar大鼠皮肤型孢子丝菌病的发病过程,探讨其模型建立的可行性及实验条件65377;【方法】 将Wistar大鼠分为实验组(60只)和对照组(6只),在每只实验组Wistar大鼠背部皮肤选取两个接种部位:右背部及尾根部;制作申克孢子丝菌株SUMS0382的孢子悬液,并调整菌悬液浓度至孢子数为1 × 108 /mL;在实验组Wistar大鼠的每个选取部位皮下注射孢子悬液0.1 mL,造成实验性感染;对照组相应部位则注射8.5 g/L NaCl溶液0.1 mL65377;接种后12周内每日观察大鼠活力65380;体质量65380;皮损数量及直径,并于第2周65380;4周65380;8周分别取皮损组织行真菌培养及组织病理65377;【结果】 皮损在感染后第6天时开始出现,皮损数量及大小均在感染后第2周末达高峰65377;感染1周后,33%(20/60)的大鼠于接种部位出现皮损,感染2周后,90%(54/60)的大鼠于接种部位出现皮损,尾根部的皮损数目远大于右背部皮损数目65377;91%(49/54)大鼠的皮损表现为结节65377;19%(10/54)大鼠的皮损呈现反复的过程65377;皮损组织真菌培养及组织病理均符合皮肤型孢子丝菌病的改变65377;【结论】 免疫正常Wistar大鼠皮肤型孢子丝菌病的发病过程反映了人类发病的自然病程,免疫正常Wistar大鼠皮肤型孢子丝菌病模型的建立是可行的65377;…”
