“…本文根据世界卫生组织最近在广州召开的地区性国际鼻咽癌专题讨论会所制定的“鼻咽癌组织分型的建议”,将鼻咽癌分为鳞状细胞癌和未分癌两型,前者再分为分化好,中等分化和分化差,后者又分为泡状核和非泡状核,并随机复查1977～1978年的一批(301例)经放疗并随访三年以上鼻咽癌活检病例,将组织学改变与患者的预后联系起来,结果表明:年龄、性别与患者的三年存活率无关,但在TNM临床分期中,早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)患者的存活率(59.09)比晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)者高(43.69％)。未分化癌患者的三年存活率(67.57％)明显地高于鳞状细胞癌(40.67％),而在未分化癌中,泡状核细胞癌的三年存活率(85.79)又高于非泡状核细胞癌(62.28％).这说明,新的“鼻咽癌组织学分型的建议”能反映出患者的预后。…”
