非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌复发相关因素分析

“…【目的】 探讨影响非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌复发的相关因素及其处理对策65377;【方法】 回顾性分析我院2003年1月到2008年12月161例非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌患者临床随访资料,所有病例行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,据术后复发率分析影响复发相关因素65377;【结果】 161例中, 45例术后复发,术后的总复发率为27.95%65377;肿瘤分级为G265380;G3级患者较G1级患者复发率高;肿瘤分期为T1期患者较Ta期患者复发率高;肿瘤多发患者较肿瘤单发患者复发率高;复发肿瘤患者较初发肿瘤患者复发率高(P < 0.05)65377;肿瘤大小65380;生长部位及术后用不同药物灌注与肿瘤复发无明显相关(P > 0.05)65377;【结论】 肿瘤分级65380;分期65380;肿瘤多发以及既往复发情况是影响非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌复发的重要因素65377;…”
