    “…结果表明:24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌呈现多重耐药性,对左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星耐药性为70.8%—79.2%,耐4种抗生素的菌株有16株,占分离菌株的66.7%;24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药基因gyrB、oqxA、parC、parE、oqxB、ompF检出率在70.8%以上,其他耐基因检出率为12.5%—20.8%,同时携带7、6种耐药基因的菌株最多,分别占分离菌株的76.9%、46.2%;左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星耐药表型与耐药基因oqxA、oqxB、gyrB、parC、parE 的符合率为78.9%—100%;说明了24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物呈现多重耐药性,携带多种耐药基因,耐药表型与耐药基因之间具有一定相关性。…”
