Dynamic Simulation of Gear Tooth under Two Crack Affecting Lines
Published 2016-01-01“…For the purpose of investigating the effect of crack affecting lines on the gear tooth vibration response, the energy method is used for meshing stiffness calculation, and the effect of two crack affecting lines on meshing stiffness are compared with each other. The accuracy of solving meshing stiffness under crack curve affecting line is proved by the finite element method. Then a dynamics model of gear tooth is built to compare the different responses of gear system under the two crack affecting lines. The result shows that an intersection will appear in the fault detection indicators under two crack affecting lines when the crack size grows up to the special value and the intersection which is different from previous paper is proved to be right.…”

Analysis of session sequence of stable peers in P2P networks
Published 2011-01-01“…A formal definition of stable peers was presented,a novel method to separate stable peers from all peers and an analysis of the session sequence of stable peers in P2P networks. This study uses the KAD,a P2P file sharing system with several million simultaneous users,as an example and draws some significant conclusions about stable peers: the stable peers is about 0.6% of all peers;the 70% of stable peers possess very long total session time ensured by a large number of sessions, and possess large difference between session time;the 30% of stable peers, whose average session time is 1.8 times of the former, possess long total session time,a small number of sessions and high availability. That these two types of stable peers can play their respective roles in constructing hierarchical P2P networks.…”
