“…【目的】 探讨鼻内镜下小儿腺样体切除术后常规咽后壁填塞浸有稀释肾上腺素纱条对患儿全麻恢复期的影响65377;【方法】 100例全麻下行经口内镜下腺样体切除术的患儿,ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,随机分为两组:实验组(T组,n = 50)和对照组(C组,n = 50)65377; 实验组在术后予咽后壁填塞浸有稀释肾上腺素纱条, 对照组不填塞纱条65377;观察两组患儿术后全麻恢复期心率65380;血压(收缩压)65380;呼吸65380;烦躁总发生率65380;复苏室停留时间65380;吸痰量以及术后伤口渗血渗液情况65377; 【结果】 T组在恢复期心率65380;血压65380;呼吸与对照组比较更为平稳(P < 0.05); T组患儿拔管时和拔管后烦躁程度以及烦躁率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;T组复苏室停留时间比对照组明显缩短,提前0.54 h;T组口咽吸引总液量明显少于对照组;另外,对照组发生1例术后出血,经后鼻孔填塞一天后正常,两组均无误吸发生65377;【结论】 常规进行咽后壁填塞浸有稀释肾上腺素纱条对鼻内镜下腺样体切除患儿可减少恢复期不良反应,减少术后并发症发生65380;减轻痛苦,使患儿平稳苏醒,缩短复苏室停留时间65377;…”
