Summary:The mechanics analysis and geometric formula to V type rubber belt is the Theory foundation of mathematical model will be established.On the basis of single pulley model and the pressurized model of rubber belt-type CVT,The pressurized model of double pulley model is established.the relationships of High-power rubber V-Belt CVT’s speed ratio、crankshaft speed and load is given.making use of the established model and combining with structure parameters and installation parameters of High-Power Rubber V-Belt CVT,Changing speed curve of Rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission is draw and analyzed,Under no-load and Under rated load,futher,property of ratio changing of High-Power Rubber V-Belt CVT is researched.
