Description
Summary:Using a methodology based on biographies, autobiographies and testimonies of a series of civil and military actors of the last military civil dictatorship, it is intended to demonstrate that the Chilean right is an ideology that is operationalized in a series of legitimizing principles of scholastic Catholic origin, such as: order, right to rebellion, private property, inequality, anti-Marxism, subsidiarity, common good, among others. When these principles are threatened, they can be updated with new approaches, as happened with neoliberalism that reinterpreted them for a new right that installed itself in power in 1973, and that currently, governs Chile.
