| Summary: | The results of studies on modeling the composition of a composition based on plant raw materials for functional purposes in post-Covid syndrome are presented. The characteristics of the symptoms of the post-Covid state and the influence of nutritional support on its prevention are given, and the functional role of the phytocomponents of the composition in post-Covid conditions is described. When modeling the composition, the calculated amounts of nutrients with antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties, as well as the organoleptic characteristics of the mixture, were taken as a criterion that gives the mixture a functional orientation. The optimal ratio of the recipe components of the composition has been developed, a technological scheme for its preparation has been developed, and the organoleptic properties and nutritional value have been described. Based on the research results, the functionality of the resulting phytocomposition and the advisability of its use for the enrichment of various groups of food products were substantiated. |
