Description
Summary:Abstract:Wireless charging systems improve the ability of convenience and security of the charging mechanism. To accurately and rapidly optimize the parameters of Solenoid and Double D-pads(SDDP), the effect of the orthogonal test method to optimize the parameters of SDDP is studied by adopting the orthogonal test and magnetic simulation software. The optimization progress and the analysis of simulation results of SDDP are given. The results show that the simulation times are deduced from 256 times to 16 times by using the proposed optimization method to optimize the number of SDDP turns. Therefore, the time and labor costs can be saved.Besides, the mutual inductance of optimized SDDP varies from -20% to 10% within 180mm misalignment distance on the x-axis and ranges from -20.4% to 18.9% within 120mm misalignment distance on the y-axis, which indicates that optimized SDDP has an excellent ability of anti-misalignment.
