Summary:Abstract In order to improve the teaching management effect of computer security management, this paper studies the computer security management and teaching management combined with the interactive effect evaluation model. Moreover, this paper analyzes the reasoning of low-precision neural networks, and uses the method of mapping floating-point numbers from fixed-point numbers, and obtains the parameters in the quantization process of fixed-point numbers. In addition, this paper designs the multi-precision multipliers and multi-precision adders used in the design of the interactive effect evaluation model. Finally, this paper encodes the teaching information data and builds an intelligent model. The experimental results show that the interactive effect evaluation model proposed in this paper can play an important role in computer security management and teaching management.
