Even though financial and real estate systems seam stabilized, the situation remains fragile, as shown by the increase of public debt and the “revolution” of shale gas. One must question if, on the long run, the current solutions adopted are not a deadlock, regarding the productive, social, urban, and territorial stakes involved. |
