Description
Summary:Both at global and national scales, the recent Great Depression has strongly shaken the economic, geopolitical, geostrategic, and territorial bases of US leadership. Even though financial and real estate systems seam stabilized, the situation remains fragile, as shown by the increase of public debt and the “revolution” of shale gas.
