Summary: | This paper is a contribution to the study of ecological inequality from the point of view of the social and cultural analysis. First, this case study proposes to define the notion of "quality of life" in the urban areas for each social categories of the local population. The point of view is to show the impacts of these various representations of the nature on the local environment and the global environment. Secondly, the results suggest how an environmental strategy of conservation could combine a project of social cohesion and sustainable development. |
