description Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia Province, rated eighth out of all Indonesian regions in terms of poverty in 2023, despite an increase in the region's poverty rate. Low levels of education are the first step toward being unable to exploit and develop natural resources. A poor work ethic then eliminates low production. The study was carried out in the Banyumas district of Central Java Province, in a low-income area. In the first year, 200 poor people from the four Banyumas Regency subdistricts of Cilongok, Pekuncen, Wangon, Kedungbanteng, and Rawalo would be selected. Regional geography will be the basis for the selection procedure. Only poverty is impacted by informal credit, and that impact is favorable. This will enable the factors affecting the level of poverty in the area to be identified. The multinomial logit regression technique is an analytical tool used to fulfill the study goals. The findings of this study demonstrate that, in the instance of the Banyumas district region covered in this article, socioeconomic determinants do not necessarily have the same impact on multidimensional poverty or monetary poverty. Only in cases of severe poverty can official labor status have any significance. Regional topography alone has a significant impact on multidimensional poverty.
