| description | Objetivos: los objetivos que se persiguen con este trabajo han sido, por un lado, comprobar si la población estudiada dedica su tiempo libre a actividades físico-deportivas; por otro lado, conocer la relación entre la elección de esas actividades y los estudios universitarios; y finalmente, examinar en qué otras actividades ocupan su tiempo libre. Material y método: el trabajo se ha basado en la aplicación de un cuestionario a 180 estudiantes de magisterio de Educación Física, con unas edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 21 años. Conclusiones: como principales conclusiones de este trabajo se desprende que las actividades físico-deportivas ocupan gran parte de su tiempo libre. Del mismo modo, existe relación entre las actividades físico-deportivas practicadas y los estudios universitarios elegidos, y no al revés. Por último, las actividades como salir con amigos o ver la televisión forman parte del tiempo libre, aunque otras como leer son realizadas de manera ocasional.
Abstract: Objectives: the objectives pursued with this work have been, firstly, to check if the studied population spends his free time to physical activity and sport; furthermore, to know the relationship between the choice of those activities and university studies; and finally, to examine which other activities occupy their free time. Materials and method: This study has been based on the implementation of a questionnaire to 180 students from teaching physical education, with ages between 18 and 21 years. Conclusions: as the main conclusions of this study suggest that the physical and sporting activities occupy much of his free time. Similarly, there is a relation between physical activity and sport practiced and university studies elected, and not vice versa. Finally, activities like going out with friends or watching television are also part of the time free, but others like reading is done on an occasional or non-existent.
