Summary:Based on the theory of nonzero-coefficient spiral bevel gear,positive transmission can improve the gear’s intensity and integrate capability.Using an example and referring to Closed-figure,the tooth’s shift coefficient is chosen,and zero-coefficient design and nonzero-coefficient designs are compared.The conclusion shows that the nonzero-coefficient spiral bevel gears have obvious superiority in the aspect of integrate capability.
