Description
Summary:This study aims to explore the direct impact of cohesiveness organizational culture (COC) on both employee job satisfaction (JS) and employee affective commitment (AC) within the hotel industry, as well as the indirect impact of (COC) on (AC) through its effect on (JS). A quantitative research methodology was employed, and self-administered surveys were utilized and distributed to a randomly selected sample of employees. Data were collected from 438of hospitality sector employees. The structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM V.4) was used to examine the interrelationships between variables and to examine the research hypotheses. The SEM results showed that (COC) has a positive impact on (AC) and (JS), and (JS) has a positive and significant impact on (AC), Moreover, (JS) partially mediates the relationship between (COC) and (AC). These findings offer valuable insights for organizational leaders and HR practitioners, in order to create a more committed and motivated workforce, leading to improved organizational performance and reduced turnover rates.
