Extrapulmonary sarcoidosis presenting as myositis: A rare case
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease with dominant pulmonary involvement (90%). Isolated extrapulmonary involvement is less common. Skeletal muscle (1-2%) involvement is even rare.
