description This article presents a research-training conducted with a collective of trainers in the National Institute of Professorship and Education in order to test the multiregister adjustment analysis model with the aim of promoting school teachers reflexivity in classroom during initial training. The main phases of the research are described, as well as the adjustments made to the model by the collective of trainers. Finally, the results are based on feedback from trainees and trainers who highlight some successes and perspectives, including the interest in training teachers in observation of pupils, as well as classroom teaching.
