Description
Summary:In response to the high cost and environmental concerns associated with cement-based grouting materials in the coal seam floor grouting reinforcement project in Handan-Xingtai Mining Area, a solution is proposed using alkali-activated slag grouting materials with slag as the main raw material and CaO and NaOH as activators. By employing orthogonal test, two-factor analysis of variance, and establishing a 3D visualization model, the study reveals the influence of NaOH and CaO dosages on the viscosity, setting time, water release rate, and compressive strength of the alkali-activated slag grouting materials. Combining with practical engineering considerations, an optimized mixing ratio scheme is proposed. The results indicate that the optimal mixing ratio is achieved with NaOH dosage of 1.0% and CaO dosage of 2.0%. At this ratio, the viscosity of the alkali-activated slag grouting material is 19.53 s, setting time is 756 min, bleeding rate is 11.00%, and compressive strengths at 3 d, 7 d, and 28 d are 3.01 MPa, 4.14 MPa, and 7.00 MPa, respectively. The alkali-activated slag grouting material at the optimal ratio meets both the performance and economic requirements of the project.
