Wage earners have been particularly affected by macroeconomic volatility and excluded from the benefits of economic growth. The economies of these two countries have been used to illustrate the excluding growth regime. The analysis has placed particular emphasis on the ruptures and continuities of the Kirchner’s and Lula’s administrations. |
