| Summary: | For its cone distance dimension is very large,long-cone-distance spiral bevel gear is milled on the large scale special purpose machine tool generally,and the process is difficult to realize.Using pre-control technique of the tooth contact bearings,the gear machining parameters are designed,the precision gear 3D model is established,and the contact situation between the mesh surfaces is simulated.Based on the horizontal machining center,the NC program codes are compiled to experiment machining process of the long-cone-distance spiral bevel gear.The experiment results show that the long-cone-distance spiral bevel gear could be machined on horizontal machining center. |
