Description
Summary:In this paper we will present the differences between the production of electricity using wind turbines and the production of electric power by most other possible ways.Because thermoelectric power plants are the most widely used on a world scale, it will start by comparing the wind turbine with different types of thermal power plants. The wind turbine is the installation that allows the kinetic energy of the wind to be transformed into mechanical or electrical energy. The regenerative kinetic energy of the wind acts on the blades, moving the turbine propeller, turning it into mechanical rotational energy. This is in turn transformed into a further generator into electricity and delivered to the public energy grid.
