In continuing with my reading of sources I observed that an inspector, José Berrutti, maintains in his speeches that the Popular Schools fulfill their objectives in the province of Buenos Aires. I decided to start this new exploration. I cut my exploration of Berrutti´s performance during the management of the school director of the province of Buenos Aires, Enrique Urien, 1912-1914.
