| Summary: | Lipase-catalyzed resolution and asymmetric synthesis in organic media have attracted many researchers in recent years. The reaction rate and enantioselectivity of these reactions are affected by many factors, including the modification of the enzyme, the imprinting of the enzyme, the cross-linking of the enzyme, the purification and pretreatment procedure of the enzyme, and the immobilization method of the enzyme. This paper gives a review on these factors. These factors can greatly change the reaction rate and the enantioselectivity. |
