| Summary: | This study aims to investigate the role of entrepreneurial leadership in fostering employee innovation directly and through the mediation of knowledge sharing and to examine whether the sector moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation. The descriptive method and the data gathered by surveys. Data were collected from 189 professionals from various sectors in Oman, ensuring diverse perspectives. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM.The study’s findings confirm that entrepreneurial leadership significantly impacts employee innovation and knowledge sharing as a mediator. The findings confirmed that the sector moderates the relationship between knowledge-sharing and innovation in Oman. Although this research is one of the few that deals with entrepreneurial leadership in the Sultanate of Oman based on Oman Vision 2040, there are some limitations, such as sample size, including the narrow scope of participants who are exclusively enrolled in postgraduate business administration programs at one school. From a practical perspective, entrepreneurial leadership involves encouraging risk-taking, bypassing bureaucratic barriers, and promoting innovation, while empowerment entails providing autonomy, resources, and support for individuals to meaningfully contribute to organizational goals. This study presents entrepreneurial leadership and its perceptions in the Omani context, where Oman is considered a stable economy in the Gulf region. |
