Summary:In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the gearbox,TYCON has been used to construct the model,considering main influence factors such as the time-varying mesh stiffness,mesh damping,composite gear error,dynamic input and loading,torsional and bending stiffness of shafts,etc.Through dynamic simulation of steady and speed irregularity conditions,the variation of the key variable parameters,such as angular velocities,accelerations,torques of the shafts and gears had been gained.The system with enhanced and weakened third shafts have been simulated.
