The role of the financial mechanism of the vertically integrated company, identified ways of harmonizing relations between the state, the owners, managers and lenders that promote economic growth and high levels of capitalization. Therefore, the value of the company must be regarded as one of the main indicators of its effectiveness, so the task of identifying and managing the value refers to the priorities of corporations. |
