Long-term mutually benefcial bilateral interaction of states in other areas can have a logical continuation in the development of digital technologies, as evidenced by the results of the dialogue of states at the highest level. In this article, the author analyzes the state of bilateral relations between China and the Russian Federation in the economic sphere, and determines the potential for the development of digital technologies in countries based on the concept of strategizing by V.L. Kvint, identifes the “problem areas” of digital cooperation, and also indicates the strategic guidelines for further interaction between states in this area. |
