Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to determine how employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia feel about their jobs in relation to rewards, supervision, career development, coworkers, autonomy, nature of work, and Islamic work environment. Using the probability sampling technique, 354 respondents who work at the Head Office and Network of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia and experienced the merger of BSM, BNIS, and BRIS, which were previously inherited, were sampled in this study. Both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies were used in this study. The development of an approach to improving post-merger job satisfaction involved qualitative investigation. Using SmartPLS3 software, structural equation modelling analysis was used in this study. The research findings show that factors such as compensation, supervision, opportunities for professional development, coworkers, independence, job type, and Islamic work environment significantly increase employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia after the merger. The nature of the work variable has the highest mean value of job satisfaction, while rewards have the lowest mean value of satisfaction. This research adds to management initiatives aimed at increasing the performance satisfaction of the combined company.
