Description
Summary:The test of heavy metal on respiration intensity of juvenile Misgurnus anguillicaudatus shows that the fish is sensitive to heavy metal pollution; the respiration intensities of different group fishes treated by four kinds of heavy metal are higher than those of control, in which Cu is the biggest. Pb is the smallest with the respiration intensities of 5.578 mL/g·h and 2.663 mL/g·h respectively. In the meantime, the respiration intensity of fish decreases with the poisoning time prolonging and the heavy metal concentration decreasing.
