Summary:The measurement environment of distribution network is complex and poor, and the traditional synchronous phasor algorithm of transmission network is difficult to meet the requirements. The harmonic suppression ability of Fourier algorithm under common window functions is analyzed. The synchronous phasor measurement algorithm with fixed interval sampling is deduced by using three equal interval discrete Fourier transforms with Hanning window, which theoretically eliminates the influence of frequency leakage under non rated frequency, and can meet the requirements of high-precision phase measurement with good harmonic/interharmonic suppression ability. Aiming at the problem that spectrum leakage affects the calculation accuracy when multiple signals exist at the same time, the advantages of FFT interpolation algorithm with Hanning window over other window functions are analyzed and compared. Theoretical analysis and practical tests show that the measurement accuracy of phasor, harmonic / interharmonic and other quantities is improved after adopting the above scheme.
