| Summary: | The article presents the results of a study of the personnel potential of the cultural institution of the KOGAUK "Kirov Drama Theater" in the context of increasing the efficiency of the theater and the development of areas for its improvement. On the basis of general scientific (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, comparison) and special (computational-analytical, statistical, sociological) research methods, an assessment of the personnel potential of the institution was carried out. On the basis of the presented analysis of the personnel potential of the Kirov Drama Theatre, the problems of implementing the current model of work with personnel are formulated, directions for material and non-material incentives for providing personnel, focused on the formation of succession and attracting young people, are proposed. The authors came to the conclusion about the importance of assessing the personnel potential of a cultural institution: the issues of insufficient motivation of staff, staff turnover are only symptoms of the problems of a shortage of young personnel, lack of continuity of knowledge and practices. Diagnosis of personnel potential, motives of behavior of employees, development of various measures that diversify the needs of personnel will improve not only personnel potential, but also the efficiency of the institution as a whole, and will also work on the image of this institution. The article formulates such directions for improving the work with the personnel of the Kirov Drama Theater KOGAUK as increasing the variety of forms of material incentives, introducing a system for accounting for the individual results of employees' activities, organizing forms of non-material support for personnel, including measures to unite and develop organizational culture, training, etc. .d. The authors believe that the choice of areas for improving work with personnel should be determined by individual motivational profiles, taking into account the factors of the internal environment of the organization. |
