In Italy, the applied anthropology has never enjoyed wide acceptance in the academic world, but cultural changes in society require the anthropologist to meet the challenges of change. Anthropology today imposes a reflection on its object of inquiry and the ability to affect reality. The article examines the debate that is born in the committee who analyzed the forms and methods of implementation.
