A comprehensive approach to reconstruction on the basis of modern materials and technology expands the range of solutions, but dense urban development, complicated with historical and natural monuments, restrictions on environmental or sanitary and epidemiological requirements, local requirements for environmental protection, water protection zone greatly complicate the task. |
