| Summary: | The aim of the study was to survey some of the methods of engineering objects, buildings and structures in special circumstances. Restrictions imposed by the current regulatory documentation and the need to bring buildings and structures in the reconstruction to a modern regulatory requirements complicates the task. A comprehensive approach to reconstruction on the basis of modern materials and technology expands the range of solutions, but dense urban development, complicated with historical and natural monuments, restrictions on environmental or sanitary and epidemiological requirements, local requirements for environmental protection, water protection zone greatly complicate the task. |
