heart failure patients with I-III functional classes did not show correlation between systolic function indexes of left and right ventricles.
In chronic heart failure patients with IV functional class indexes of systolic function of left and right ventricles change unidirectionally
and decrease of systolic function of left ventricle is accompanied by similar change of the right ventricle. |
