Laser Measurement and Analysis of Gear Tooth Deformation
首次尝试以ＪＱＳ—７００型大能量双脉冲激光全息散斑干涉仪（以下简称脉冲激光器），选择几种不同载荷和多个不同啮合位置对轮齿变形进行测量。该方法测量精度高、测试范围广，对环境要求低，能直接用于生产现场，实现非接触无损测量。通过计算机图象处理技术对散斑底片进行分析，可以排除系统变形和刚体位移对轮齿变形的影响，保证测量结果准确可靠；将实测值与当前通用的理论计算值进行对比，基本吻合。...
