| Summary: | Effective endodontic treatment begins with meticulous clinical and radiographic evaluations. Clinicians must be well-versed in all potential anatomic variations to ensure exceptional endodontic outcomes. A crucial step in successful root canal treatment is understanding the intricate morphology of the root canal. Consequently, clinicians must consider and acknowledge anatomic variations during diagnosis and treatment of both mandibular and maxillary teeth. This comprehensive approach enables practitioners to provide personalized care, navigate complex anatomy and achieve successful, long-lasting results. Although most people have a similar root canal anatomy, there is always a chance that there will be differences. Diagnosing differences is essential because neglecting to do so could have negative effects that could make treatment less effective. The aim of this case series is to present the successful root canal treatments completed in multirooted teeth. |
