Description
Summary:In order to compare and analyze the thermal performance of dry and wet radiant floor heating in intermittent heating mode, the mathematical theoretical analysis models of heat transfer of two types of floor heating were established, and the accuracy of the models was verified by experiment. The method of CFD simulation is used to analyze the heat dissipation characteristics and thermal comfort of the two floors processes by changing the pipe spacing, the thickness of the filling layer and the heating interval time. The results show that the thickness of the filling layer basically has no effect on the thermal performance of dry floor heating, but mainly affects the heat dissipation rate of wet floor heating. The pipe spacing has little effect on the heat dissipation rate of the two types of floor and the temperature decreases with the increase of pipe spacing. Under different intermittent heating schemes, when the outdoor temperature is 8 ℃, the indoor initial temperature is 12 ℃, and the average temperature of the floor heating coil is 40 ℃, the temperature of dry floor heating is 1.2~2.9 ℃ higher than that of wet floor heating, and the indoor air temperature is 0.5~1.3 ℃ higher than that of wet floor heating. Dry floor heating is not suitable for intermittent program with short heating time. Too long or too short intermittent program can not be maintained in the comfort temperature range for a long time at night, and two types of radiant floor heating using the intermittent program of 12 h can achieve better operating results.
