| description | Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) are multipotent cell types generated by reprogramming adult somatic cells, with broad prospects in disease model establishment, drug screening, and regenerative medicine. This paper delves into the mechanism of iPS cell differentiation, differentiation regulation strategies, and their applications in disease model establishment. Initially, we explore the basic features of iPS cells and their differentiation potential, analyzing the key molecular and signaling pathways influencing the iPS differentiation process. Subsequently, we examine several common differentiation induction methods, supported by specific experimental data, and discuss optimization strategies to enhance differentiation efficiency and obtain specific cell types. Finally, we focus on the application of iPS cells in establishing disease models, particularly in neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and genetic diseases, incorporating the latest research progress and innovative content. Through in - depth analysis, this paper aims to offer a theoretical basis and technical support for the future clinical application of iPS cells. |
