| Summary: | Isolated ventricular noncompaction (IVNC) occurs because of interruption of trabecular morphogenesis in the myocardium leading to ventricular noncompaction. We present a case of 48-year-old male with unexplained recurrent syncope who was eventually diagnosed with IVNC. |
