| Summary: | The article discusses the activities of scientific staff in the Stavropol Territory. The following issues are investigated: the qualifications of researchers, the cost of scientific activities, the quantitative composition of the staff. On the basis of data on changes in the dynamics of the quantitative and qualitative composition of research workers (researchers, technicians, support staff, etc.), the personnel potential of the Stavropol Territory in the field of science is considered. We study the structure of the number of staff. We consider the amount of expenditure on research and development, as well as their structure by areas of science, on the basis of which there are changes in priorities in the development of science. Analyzed possible solutions to problems in the scientiic ield. |
