Lambs were given a daily oral cyclosporine dose at 5 mg/kg of body weigh! for 5 days, Histo pathological evaluations were caried out on biopsy samples taken from oral papillomatosis Gross and h i stopat ho logical examinations revealed that prominent regression of tumor was seen at 11th day of treatment It is concluded that cyclosporine might be useful for treatment of oral papillomatosis in lambs.
