To competently engage in interprofessional care, interprofessional education (IPE) in human services training programs is necessary. This paper points to the alignment between human services organizations, values, and practice with the Interprofessional Education Collaborative's competencies and makes recommendations for the didactic infusion of IPE into human services programs, curricula, coursework, and experiences.
