Description
Summary:In the context of increasingly strained global environmental resources, green building construction can achieve a win-win scenario by reducing resource consumption and environmental pollution during the construction process while simultaneously realizing economic and ecological benefits. This study primarily explores the current research on green construction technologies and management systems and their similarities and differences compared to traditional construction practices. It reflects the issues present during the construction process and assesses the current level of green construction in China, highlighting future development trends and objectives for green construction. By validating the effectiveness and significance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and organizational management structures, this research provides relevant insights for the green transformation of the construction industry. It offers valuable references for the continuous improvement and promotion of green construction concepts in China.
