Summary:Software products have become integral to our everyday lives, making the quality of these products a crucial concern. Recent efforts to deliver software more rapidly have focused on iterative and fast-paced deliveries, a hallmark of Agile methodologies. However, despite these advancements, there remains a significant issue: both Agile and DevOps practices often fall short in meeting customer quality expectations. This paper analyzes how quality is managed within Agile and DevOps frameworks and explores potential integrations of quality management practices to ensure higher customer satisfaction. Through a detailed review of current literature and practical case studies, this study aims to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions for enhancing software quality in fast-paced development environments.
