Description
Summary:This work, starting from the current geopolitical moment and making a brief historical-philosophical excursus, focuses on one of the main political-juridical categories in the history of ideas, the Sovereignty, identifying an underground thread that connects Dante Alighieri and his De Monarchia with the pure doctrine of law of Hans Kelsen, passing through an early work of the Austrian philosopher. The result is the more urgent need than ever for supranational solutions that combine universal peace, justice and freedom.
