This approach of transcription is the spinal column of this paper to a foucaldian geography based on the works of geographer Raffestin. This paper is based on epistemical thoughts with the example of organic farming in the Paris-region (in comparison with the mainstream agricultural model). Organic farming is a marginal activity in this region, it has just begun to carve landscapes which are inserted between intensive farming landscapes. |
