Summary:The article analyses the results of studying of professional career development on modern industrial enterprise, features of career development of various professional groups, and also different employee categories of the entity on the main components are revealed: cognitive, emotional and behavioural, the major factors determining career development of different employee groups, and the main regularities of their influence both on private indicators of career development and on the ideal types of career development of the worker allocated in research are determined (forward, unstable, unsuccessful).
